About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our client in supporting the day-to-day HR operations of a public healthcare institution. The successful candidate will work closely with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR information systems.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination and pre-employment documentation.
- Respond to employees' HR-related enquiries and provide timely follow-up.
- Support leave, attendance, claims and other employee administration processes.
- Assist with preparation of HR reports, statistics and management information.
- Coordinate staff orientation, training and other HR programmes.
- Support annual HR processes such as performance appraisal and salary review exercises.
- Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with organisational policies and relevant requirements.
- Undertake other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management or a related discipline.
- Prior HR or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or public-sector environment, will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Able to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
- Comfortable working independently as well as with different teams and stakeholders.
