Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage full-cycle recruitment and support HR operations, ideally with experience in manufacturing and the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and fulfill hiring needs for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate roles
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communications between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Support HR audits, employee surveys, compliance reviews, and government reporting to maintain regulatory adherence
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR effectiveness
  • Provide administrative support for daily HR operations, ensuring accurate employee records and efficient onboarding/offboarding processes

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of HR and administrative experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in recruitment, HR administration, employee records management, and onboarding/offboarding activities
  • Good understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in the semiconductor industry (not essential but strongly preferred)
