Job Summary

Join Pat Davie Pte. Ltd. as a Human Resources and Administration professional supporting recruitment, payroll, compliance, and office operations to drive efficient HR and administrative functions aligned with strategic growth.

Human Resources Duties:

  • Support the posting of job advertisements and the scheduling of interviews.
  • Assist with the monthly payroll process, including data entry, attendance record verification, and report compilation.
  • Aid in the preparation of employment contracts and various HR-related documents.
  • Assist in compensation and benefits administration, including CPF, taxation, leave management, performance management, employee compensation, and medical insurance.

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide full spectrum support of office general admin, document preparation and filing, office equipment maintenance, ordering office supplies, control of stationery stock
  • Assist with application for Contractors Registration System (CRS) and Builder’s License in Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
  • Assist with application and maintaining various categories of work permits for foreign workers issued by Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Department Head

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 3 years of solid experience in all rounded human resources and administration functions
  • Well-versed in Singapore Employment Act, Employment of Foreign Manpower Act, Work Injury Compensation Act, & all other HR related regulations
  • Familiar with the contractor registration system and builder’s license application.
  • Good sense in numbers with analytical sense
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-disciplined
  • Proficiency in PC software, e.g. PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing & HRIS
  • A good team player with good command of both spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
