JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for supporting and administering the full spectrum of HR functions, working closely with HR manager and various departments to ensure effective HR operations and compliance with company policies and MOM regulations.
  • Assist in payroll related matters.
  • Manage and handle employee’s records in Adaptive System.
  • Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.
  • Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding.
  • Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
  • Manage E-Claim, E-leave & E-attendance via Adaptive System, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, medical certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance.
  • Ensure medical claims are complied to the Company’s policy.
  • Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices is prefer.
  • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
