Job Description & Requirements

Assist in managing the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including but not limited to implementation of compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement.

Your role will include but not limited to:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for foreign workers, from manpower requisition and sourcing to selection, offer and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies on candidate sourcing, screening and documentation.
  • HRIS and e-leave system maintenance
  • Maintain complete and accurate personnel records for foreign workers, including passports, Work Permits, medical records, employment contracts, training certificates and other relevant documents.
  • Training management and coordination.
  • Handle the full process of Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related MOM matters.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports.
  • All office and Admin matters, e.g. Domitory monitor and renew, car rental maintenance, etc.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above
  • Independent and also a team player who is dedicated, self-driven and highly self-motivated
  • Good office skills, ability to set priorities, good time-management skills, high quality of work, independent requiring minimum supervision
  • Preferably good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and the Singapore Labour Law
  • Good Communication skills. A clear and strong speaker. Communicate very well in both English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer illiterate
  • Experience working in the construction industry will be an added advantage / preferred
