Drive HR Operations, Employee Engagement & Workplace Excellence

Looking to take on a hands-on HR role where you can make a meaningful impact on both people and business operations?

Join an HR team where you’ll work closely with managers, supervisors and employees to support day-to-day HR operations, manage employee relations matters and contribute to initiatives that strengthen workplace engagement and effectiveness.

Your Role

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and site HR activities in line with business requirements and organisational objectives
  • Support recruitment activities and contribute to workforce planning initiatives
  • Administer and implement HR policies, procedures and people initiatives
  • Partner with managers and supervisors by providing HR guidance, coaching and support on employee-related matters
  • Manage employee relations cases, including employee concerns, grievances, investigations and workplace issues
  • Ensure appropriate follow-up, documentation and resolution of employee relations matters
  • Develop and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace environment
  • Review existing HR practices and identify opportunities to improve processes, employee relations and HR service delivery
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders across the organisation to develop and implement effective HR solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR and employee relations records
  • Participate in HR projects, strategic initiatives and other people-related activities as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to employee relations and HR operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels
  • Good organisational and people management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Able to manage multiple HR matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment
