Immigration Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Immigration Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating and following up on leads, managing client relationships, and promoting our Singapore immigration and corporate services.

This role combines sales, marketing, business development and client relationship management, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and follow up with potential clients through WhatsApp, WeChat, phone calls, email and social media platforms.
  • Handle company-generated leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Understand clients' profiles, needs and objectives, and recommend suitable immigration and corporate services.
  • Promote services including Employment Pass (EP), Permanent Residence (PR), Singapore Company Set up ,Global Investor Programme (GIP), Family Office and other Singapore immigration-related services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to consultation, quotation, negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Assist in creating and promoting marketing content across relevant digital and social media platforms.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the consulting and operations teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Communications or a related field is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Immigration, Education, Property, Financial Services or related industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Sales-driven, proactive and target-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Experience handling Chinese-speaking clients is an advantage.
  • Experience in Singapore immigration services such as EP, PR, Company set up or Family Office will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with WeChat, WhatsApp, social media marketing and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
