We are seeking a forward-thinking, proactive, and hyper-efficient Indoor Sales Executive to champion our online sales channels and drive new business partnerships right from our office.

This isn't your traditional desk sales role; we are looking for a digital-first professional who leverages AI software, automation, and modern technology to streamline operations, craft compelling outreach, and scale revenue. If you love technology, excel at virtual relationship building, and want to pioneer digital efficiency in the Pet Industry, this role is built for you.

E-Commerce & Digital Sales Operations

  • Manage Online Stores: Take full ownership of all online storefronts, ensuring high-converting product listings, accurate pricing, and compelling product descriptions.
  • Audit & Maintain Online Listings: Routinely audit all digital channels to guarantee 100% accuracy in stock information, imagery, and product specs.
  • Process Online Sales: Manage end-to-end order processing, online customer inquiries, and sales fulfilment smoothly and accurately.

B2B Partnership & Virtual Outreach

  • Drive New Partnerships: Proactively prospect and conduct engaging video calls and digital outreach to secure new business partnerships with pet shops, pet-friendly cafes, and other commercial establishments.
  • Remote Client Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting business relationships through virtual meetings, digital communication, and prompt follow-ups.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Inventory Tracking

  • Warehouse & Logistics Coordination: Communicate daily with the Warehouse Team on inventory levels and align closely with the Delivery Team on dispatch schedules.
  • Track & Report Data: Complete and maintain the Weekly Out-of-Stock Sheet (Excel) and synthesize data into the Monthly Top 10 Customers Report.

What Makes You a Fit

  • Tech-Savvy & AI-Empowered: Highly proficient with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI copywriting, workflow automation). You actively look for ways to digitalize tasks, automate routine processes, and work with high speed and precision.
  • Proactive Communicator: Extremely comfortable in front of a camera and online—able to lead engaging video sales calls and pitch confidently to potential partners.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Meticulous with data, stock tracking, report generation, and listing accuracy.
  • Pet Industry Passion: Genuine interest and empathy for the pet industry and animal welfare.
  • Background & Logistics:
  • - Diploma or Degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • - Experience in E-Commerce store management, digital sales, or tele-sales is a strong plus.
