The posting

This role is part of our strategic transformation initiative, led and managed directly by our organization. The project focuses on designing, developing, and modernizing a suite of software applications that support core business operations and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end project delivery: prepared SOWs and Work Orders for new project proposals, planned delivery milestones, and secured client/finance billing approvals.
  • Led RFP preparation and effort estimation for TLM upgrade and migration projects for new clients.
  • Managed production issue resolution, enhancement prioritization and TLM system audits.

Skills/Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the financial technology or reconciliation domain.
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Smartstream TLM application suite, including: TLM Control, TLM SmartStudio ( Matching / Masks ), TLM Reconciliations (TLM 3.x experience is mandatory), TLM View Configuration.
  • Experience in end-to-end TLM solution design and implementation, working closely with business users and project teams to design, build, test, and deploy solutions.
  • Strong experience in:Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
