Inside Sales Manager – IT Distribution

📍 Singapore | 💼 Permanent | 🖥️ IT / Technology Distribution

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across assigned channel partners and resellers within the technology distribution space.

This is a hands-on commercial role covering 90% inside sales and 10% external meetings, with a strong focus on partner development, sales performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive sales growth across assigned channel partners and reseller accounts.
  • Develop existing partnerships while identifying and onboarding new business opportunities.
  • Own sales targets, quarterly KPIs and overall revenue performance.
  • Act as a key point of contact for sales enquiries, quotations, pricing and commercial discussions.
  • Work closely with vendors on pricing, promotions and special discounts to support deal closure.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and identify opportunities to increase wallet share.
  • Conduct outbound business development activities and attend selected customer/vendor meetings.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline, prepare performance reports and provide regular business updates.
  • Drive initiatives to improve sales performance, profitability and partner engagement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, channel sales, IT distribution or technology sales.
  • Experience managing resellers, channel partners or B2B accounts.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing business.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of IT products, networking or enterprise technology is an advantage.
  • Candidates with strong sales experience and leadership potential are welcome.
