About the role

  • Champion our customers' success — Be the trusted advocate for businesses acquired through our partner ecosystem and self-serve channels, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximize ROI.
  • Drive exceptional experiences — Partner across departments to remove friction, solve customer challenges, and create seamless experiences that delight and inspire loyalty.
  • Amplify the customer voice — Shape our product roadmap and strategy by capturing customer insights and translating them into actionable feedback for leadership.
  • Unlock growth opportunities — Master the art of consultative selling by deeply understanding each customer's evolving needs and strategically presenting solutions that drive measurable value and expansion revenue.
  • Own the relationship — Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and pipeline progress while delivering transparent, data-driven insights that fuel forecasting and performance optimization.
  • Deliver white-glove support — Respond with speed and expertise to customer needs, troubleshoot complex issues, and build unshakeable relationships that turn customers into advocates.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese — Ability to communicate seamlessly with our growing base of Chinese-speaking customers.

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management or other client-facing roles.
  • Comfortable engaging with Chinese clients, with fluency in Mandarin Chinese; familiarity with China's business culture, regulatory environment, or fintech market is a plus
  • A self-directed builder who creates structure from ambiguity and takes ownership of outcomes
  • Excited about the evolving fintech and financial services landscape and eager to help customers thrive in this new world
  • Inherently curious and customer-obsessed, and genuinely care about solving problems beyond the surface
