Job Summary

You will develop design concepts and space plans, manage client requirements, provide accurate quotations, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and present innovative interior design concepts and schemes to clients, including floor plans and 3D visualizations
  • Conduct thorough site assessments and client consultations to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines
  • Create detailed design specifications, material schedules, and procurement lists for interior projects
  • Collaborate with contractors, and suppliers to ensure design implementation aligns with the original vision
  • Select and source appropriate furnishings, finishes, colours, lighting, and decorative elements that complement the overall design scheme
  • Manage project timelines and budgets whilst maintaining quality standards
  • Produce construction drawings and technical documentation to guide installation and execution
  • Conduct site visits during implementation phases to monitor progress and address any design issues
  • Maintain knowledge of current design trends, materials, and industry best practices
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular updates
