This is an exciting opportunity for aspiring and emergingInterior Designers to gain real project ownership from concept to completion.You'll work directly with clients, develop creative design solutions, and buildvaluable industry experience while growing your income through project success.

What You'll Be Doing

Design & Creativity

  • Create functional and aesthetically pleasing space plans, mood boards, and design concepts
  • Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualisations to bring design ideas to life
  • Recommend materials, finishes, furnishings, and design solutions based on clients' needs and budgets
  • Present design concepts confidently and professionally to clients

Client & Project Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their lifestyle, preferences, and project goals
  • Guide clients through the design journey from consultation to project completion
  • Prepare design proposals and quotations
  • Convert design enquiries into successful projects through consultation and relationship building

Collaboration & Site Coordination

  • Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress, quality, and completion timelines
  • Resolve challenges proactively and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project

Skills & Qualities We're Looking For

We welcome fresh graduates, internship experience, andemerging designers who are eager to learn and grow.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to create and communicate design concepts effectively
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence interacting with clients
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of projects

What Makes You Stand Out

  • A portfolio showcasing your creativity and design thinking (academic projects and internship work are welcome)
  • Experience using V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or similar visualisation tools
  • Knowledge of residential renovation projects (HDB, condominium, landed properties)
  • Background in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles
