The posting

The role

Interior architecture and FF&E run through the heart of WeCraft's work. We are seeking an Intermediate Interior & FF&E Designer to take independent ownership of that scope, freeing senior capacity while raising the quality and pace of delivery. You will work closely with, and to the creative direction of, the Creative Director (Managing Principal), interpreting and extending WeCraft's design language across your packages while exercising sound independent judgement.

You will develop interior-architectural design from concept through construction-ready documentation, design and specify furniture, fixtures and equipment, source materials and finishes to brief and budget, and work closely with the Maison WeCraft procurement team to bring schemes to life. You will also coordinate WeCraft's outsourced documentation partners.

About WeCraft Group

WeCraft Group is an interdisciplinary design house working across architecture, interior architecture, product and furniture design, and project management. We are headquartered in Singapore, with projects in Thailand and Japan.

Our work spans high-end residential, cinema and entertainment, restaurant and bar, hospitality and, distinctively, yacht interiors. We integrate creative vision with fabrication and construction delivery: we guide and oversee build quality from concept to installation, and we hold the sourcing and quality-control process ourselves, working with craftspeople, fabricators and builders in Singapore and the region.

We transform inventive ideas into environments of enduring beauty, integrity and function. We are looking for people who want to accomplish the same within a team workplace culture.

What you will do - Own interior-architectural design and documentation from concept to detailed construction and procurement sets, meeting client brief, budget and programme. - Design, select and specify FF&E; prepare FF&E schedules, finish boards and specifications for procurement. - Develop millwork, joinery and bespoke detailing in line with WeCraft's craft-led design language. - Source materials, finishes and furnishings to specification and budget, coordinating with Maison WeCraft on procurement and lead times. - Produce and coordinate drawings, BIM models and visualisations, and assemble coordinated DD and CD sets. - Participate in client meetings and presentations; gather, interpret and integrate feedback. - Coordinate WeCraft's outsourced documentation partners.

What you bring - Degree in Interior Architecture / Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution. - 5 to 7 years of professional interior-architectural experience, ideally including high-end residential and/or hospitality. - Demonstrated FF&E design, specification and sourcing experience, and command of DD/CD documentation. - Strong eye for materials, finishes and bespoke detailing; appreciation of craftsmanship and fabrication. - Sound understanding of consultant coordination; familiarity with Singapore codes an advantage. - This role does not offer work-pass sponsorship; applicants must already be authorised to work in Singapore.

Software

Revit (fluent), AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or Rhino, Enscape / V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). FF&E scheduling / specification tools welcome.

What success looks like in the first 6 to 12 months - Independently delivers coordinated interior and FF&E packages with minimal senior rework. - Becomes a dependable point of coordination with the procurement team and consultants. - Contributes to studio quality and standards.

Compensation

SGD 3,700 - 5,800 per month, commensurate with experience and portfolio, plus a discretionary performance bonus.
