Operations & Admin Intern
Leukemia & Lymphoma Foundation (LLF) is looking for a motivated and organised Operations & Admin Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the Foundation. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administration, finance, events and non-profit operations while contributing to an organisation supporting individuals and families affected by blood cancer.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
- Provide general administrative and office support to the team.
- Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation and maintaining records.
- Support procurement, inventory and office supplies management.
- Assist with updating internal databases and administrative records.
- Support day-to-day coordination with vendors, partners and service providers.
Finance & Donation Administration
- Assist with basic finance and administrative tasks, including receipts, invoices and payment documentation.
- Support donation processing and maintenance of donor records.
- Assist with reconciliation and preparation of supporting documents for finance and audit purposes.
Events & Programmes
- Provide administrative and logistical support for LLF events, programmes and meetings.
- Assist with event registrations, participant lists, materials and venue coordination.
- Support post-event administration and documentation.
Other Support
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
- Work closely with different members of the LLF team to support the smooth running of the organisation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Accountancy, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, dependable and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Prior experience in administration, events or finance is an advantage but not essential.
