Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and periodic cycle counts and stock checks, and report findings accurately.
  • Coordinate with retail operations teams to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through physical stock verification.
  • Assist in validating inventory count results during and after cycle counts and customs stock takes.
  • Maintain and update inventory records for stock verification and reconciliation purposes.
  • Check and identify SKU, EAN/UPC, and price tag discrepancies, and escalate issues promptly.
  • Liaise with retail operations teams to facilitate the printing and replacement of updated price tags.
  • Process returns to the warehouse using the inventory management system.
  • Monitor and record breakages and damaged items, maintaining accurate tracking records.
  • Support inventory control and planning activities as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Candidates with no relevant experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • 1-2 years of experience within a retail store environment is an added advantage.
