Responsibilities

  • Install, configure and deployment of computer hardware and software.
  • Monitor and perform daily system operation, administration and maintenance of computer and network system.
  • Troubleshoot computer system and network problem, diagnose and resolve hardware and software fault. Administration and maintenance of biometric access system.
  • Administration of Endpoint detection and response, E-mail system, Backup System and Windows infrastructure.
  • Administration and maintenance of TCP/IP network.
  • Provides user training and support.
  • Assists on external IT audit and performs internal IT audit.
  • Maintain IT documentation.
  • Works with systems provider on IT projects and implementation.
  • Undertaking duties/assignments as and when assigned by superior.

Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in computer related field
  • 1 year relevant experience.
  • Competent in TCP/IP, security and relevant protocols, hardware system, and networking infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux system.
  • Proficient in Windows 10, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proper knowledge of VPN, Router, Switch, LAN controller and able to configure and deploy.
  • Good knowledge of data and system back-up.
