The posting

The IT Executive provides hands-on technical support across network, IT infrastructure and end-user environments, serving as a key technical support point for local and regional offices and retail stores.

The role is responsible for ensuring the stability and continuity of day-to-day IT operations, while also supporting infrastructure deployments, technology refreshes and IT projects across the SEAO region. Working closely with regional and global IT teams, vendors and service providers, the role combines technical troubleshooting and site-level execution with project coordination to ensure IT infrastructure and technology initiatives are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Network Operations

  • Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain IT infrastructure and network environments, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches and VPN connectivity.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for network and infrastructure-related incidents, changes and site-level activities.
  • Collaborate with the Asia Network team on network upgrades, enhancements and infrastructure improvements.
  • Support infrastructure refreshes, equipment deployments, technology changes and other site-level technical activities.
  • Coordinate with relevant IT teams and service providers to ensure infrastructure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Technical & End-User Support

  • Provide L2/L3 technical support for hardware, software, peripherals and retail technology systems.
  • Work with regional and global IT teams, vendors and service providers to resolve complex technical issues and support local technology requirements.
  • Provide on-site technical support for infrastructure deployments, changes and other technology initiatives where required.

IT Project & Deployment Support

  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of IT infrastructure, network upgrade and retail technology projects across SEAO.
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, task lists and deployment schedules to ensure projects progress according to plan.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders on site readiness, installation and deployment activities.
  • Maintain project documentation and track key milestones, dependencies and follow-up actions.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between regional IT stakeholders and external service providers throughout project delivery.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT infrastructure documentation, including network diagrams, equipment inventories, system configurations and SOPs.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge base articles and support documentation to enable effective issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify recurring technical issues and work with relevant teams to determine sustainable technical or process improvements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes, standards and operational practices.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure support, networking and/or system administration, preferably within a retail or corporate environment.
  • Practical understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi and network security.
  • Experience supporting IT infrastructure deployments, technology rollouts, store openings or similar site-level IT projects.
  • Familiar with IT project coordination and the ability to manage multiple activities, stakeholders and timelines effectively.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on and service-oriented approach.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional, global and external stakeholders.
