Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end technology projects from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Track and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery progress.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports, dashboards, management updates, and steering committee materials.
- Collaborate closely with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, stakeholder discussions, and steering committee sessions.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, budget, quality, and governance standards.
- Establish and maintain effective project governance, controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships, project financials, budgets, resource allocation, and utilization.
- Drive technology implementation, transformation, and process improvement initiatives across Corporate Banking functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Proven track record of delivering technology, digital transformation, and Corporate Banking projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
- Solid understanding of project governance, financial management, risk and issue management, and executive reporting.
- Hands-on experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders within a fast-paced banking environment.
Preferred Skills & Domain Experience
- Experience working within Corporate Banking or Financial Services environments.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking products and processes, including: CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) Loans and Lending Products Treasury and Markets Products Accounting and General Ledger Payments and Cash Management Regulatory Reporting
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements, including: MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) reporting requirements
- Ability to work effectively across Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, dependencies, and multiple concurrent initiatives in a dynamic environment.
