The posting

We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Support professional to provide technical assistance and support to employees across the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts and IT equipment, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the company's IT infrastructure.

Working hour : Monday to Friday, 08:30am to06:30pm

Salary rate : $2600 - $3500 per month

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line and second-line IT support for hardware, software, network, email, Microsoft 365, and system-related issues.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, conference systems and other IT equipment.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, email, Microsoft Teams, phone access, and IT equipment for employees.
  • Manage, maintain and upgrade Windows servers, physical and virtual infrastructure, and SQL Server hosting environments.
  • Administer Active Directory, user accounts, access permissions, Group Policy and company email systems.
  • Configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain Firewall, including firewall policies, VPN, and security settings.
  • Manage software installation, configuration, updates, asset records and software license compliance across the company.
  • Protect the company’s IT environment through endpoint protection, antivirus management, security monitoring, system patching, and access controls.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors, software suppliers and service providers to ensure reliable support, competitive pricing, and service delivery.
  • Work closely with colleagues across all departments to understand their operational requirements, provide technical assistance, and implement suitable IT solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT Support, IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Network Administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Server, Active Directory/Azure, Firewall, IT Networking, Troubleshooting, and PC/Desktop Maintenance.
  • Knowledge of AI software development or AI-related applications will be an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to provide timely technical support to users.
  • Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with external IT vendors.
  • Willing to provide on-site IT support at project sites or other company locations when required.
