About Us

We are active on major e-commerce platforms in Singapore, with many years of professional experience in second-hand computers. We refurbish and sell quality business laptops, including Lenovo ThinkPad, Dell Latitude and HP EliteBook, online and from our retail shop. We are moving into a bigger space and growing our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Inspect, test and grade laptops (screen, keyboard, battery, ports, storage, cooling)
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues
  • Upgrade RAM and SSDs; replace batteries, keyboards, screens and fans
  • Clean and prepare laptops for sale; install Windows and drivers; securely wipe data
  • Perform final quality checks and record serial numbers and condition before items are listed or shipped
  • Handle warranty checks and after-sales technical support
  • Answer walk-in customers' technical questions
  • Help with receiving stock, packing and dispatch daily orders

Requirements

  • Nitec / Higher Nitec in IT, electronics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0-3 years of laptop or PC repair experience; candidates without experience but with strong hands-on skills are welcome to apply
  • Good knowledge of Windows, BIOS and hardware troubleshooting
  • Careful, HONEST and organized; accurate grading matters to us
  • Comfortable dealing with customers
  • Able to occasionally lift and carry boxes or equipment of about 10-15 kg when stock arrives
  • Able to work retail hours, including some weekends
