◆Title:

Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager

◆Role Overview:

Our client, a well-established F&B organisation, is seeking a proactive and hands-on HR professional to support both recruitment and HR operations. This role is suited for an experienced HR practitioner who enjoys balancing talent acquisition with operational HR responsibilities and is keen to broaden their scope over time. The successful candidate will be involved in the full employee lifecycle, stakeholder management, manpower planning, and compliance matters while contributing to the development of recruitment capabilities within the organisation.

◆Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring needs across multiple outlets or business units.

• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to drive recruitment outcomes and achieve hiring objectives.

• Support HR operations including onboarding, confirmation processes, employee lifecycle administration, contract management and offboarding.

• Administer work pass matters and ensure compliance with MOM regulations, statutory requirements and employment legislation.

• Prepare HR reports, support manpower planning activities and maintain HRIS records.

• Provide payroll-related support and serve as a backup resource for payroll administration where required.

• Coach, guide and support junior recruitment team members to strengthen recruitment capabilities.

• Analyse recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to hiring processes and outcomes.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

◆Requirements:

[Must Have]

• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience.

• Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking counterparts where required.

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience within high-volume environments such as F&B, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare or Logistics.

• Well-rounded HR operations experience, including employee lifecycle management, work pass administration and MOM compliance.

• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring a small recruitment team.

• Exposure to HR reporting, manpower planning, HRIS and payroll administration support.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.

• Proactive, analytical and hands-on approach with strong ownership and accountability.

[Good to Have]

• Experience supporting multi-outlet or multi-site operations.

• Experience working with Japanese or regional stakeholders.
