Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will support business growth by developing client relationships, generating new leads and identifying new business opportunities.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and follow up on new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Generate leads and support sales activities
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and reports
  • Support business development and marketing activities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates welcome
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, positive and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and in a team
