JCR Containers Solutions Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based company specializing in the trading and supply of new and used shipping containers and ISO tanks. We serve customers across Singapore and international markets, providing competitive pricing and reliable container solutions for the shipping, logistics and industrial sectors.

We are looking for a motivated and driven Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and overseas markets.
  • Source potential customers through market research, cold calls, emails and LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, shipping companies, freight forwarders and container traders.
  • Prepare sales quotations, follow up on enquiries and negotiate deals.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers on container availability, pricing and delivery arrangements.
  • Maintain customer records, sales pipelines and weekly sales reports.
  • Support management in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Logistics or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of sales experience are welcome.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, customer outreach and developing new business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in shipping, logistics or container trading is an advantage but not essential.
