About Us

The 23 Fund VCC is a performance-driven investment firm focused on generating superior long-term returns through disciplined research, strategic capital allocation, and active market engagement. We operate in a fast-moving, high-performance environment where excellence, initiative, and execution are expected at every level.

We are seeking an exceptional junior professional with strong communication abilities, executive presence, and the drive to thrive in an elite investment environment.

The Opportunity

This is not a conventional administrative role.

The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership across strategic initiatives, investor engagement, corporate communications, operational execution, and high-level event coordination. This role is designed for individuals who are ambitious, highly organized, commercially aware, and capable of operating with professionalism under pressure.

We are looking for someone who combines strong presentation capabilities with operational precision and the confidence to represent the firm professionally in both internal and external settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to senior management on strategic and operational initiatives

• Prepare high-quality presentations, investor materials, reports, and briefing decks with professional standards

• Confidently deliver and support presentations during meetings, corporate events, and investor engagements

• Coordinate and execute projects across multiple functions with strong attention to timelines and detail

• Organize and host corporate events, networking sessions, seminars, and client-facing engagements

• Manage executive scheduling, meeting coordination, communications, and follow-ups

• Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operational and administrative activities

• Liaise professionally with clients, business partners, service providers, and stakeholders

• Anticipate needs proactively and solve problems independently with minimal supervision

• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Candidate Profile

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, Engineering or related disciplines

• Outstanding presentation and communication skills with strong professional presence

• Ability to create and deliver presentations professionally and confidently

• Strong initiative, ownership mentality, and execution capability

• Excellent administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Strong project management and coordination abilities

• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Resourceful, intellectually curious, and commercially aware

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is essential

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience in finance, investment firms, consulting, private banking, events, or executive support environments is advantageous

• Strong interpersonal skills with confidence engaging senior professionals and investors

• Ability to thrive in a demanding, performance-oriented culture

• Polished, articulate, and highly professional demeanor

What We Offer

• Direct exposure to investment management, financial markets, and strategic decision-making

• Opportunity to work alongside senior investment professionals and leadership

• Accelerated learning and career development in a high-performance environment

• Meritocratic culture that rewards initiative, capability, and execution

• Competitive compensation with performance-based upside

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
