Job Scope:

  • HR Operations Support
  • Support HR Business Partner in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
  • Process Improvement & Projects
  • Identify processes to improve efficiency through automation and digital solutions.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR projects and transformation initiatives
  • Other Job Responsibilities
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Degree in HR or any relevant field
  • Proficient in Pivot table, Vlookup, Xlookup, data analysis Power Automate and data visualization tools preferred
  • Min. 1 yr relevant experience as HR Ops
