We are not your average, dusty logistics company. Over the last 18 months, 7SGL has disrupted the maritime supply chain. We keep global shipping moving by delivering critical ship spares Door-to-Deck – fast, precise, and 24/7. We are a tight-knit, fast-growing team of 10 go-getters in Singapore. Because we are scaling fast, we need you to help us conquer the next horizon!

Your Mission

No boring coffee runs here. You are the heartbeat of our daily operations. You ensure that multimillion-dollar vessels get their parts exactly when and where they need them.

  • Master the Flow: Coordinate the entire journey of ship spares – from arrival at our warehouse straight to the vessel's deck.
  • Be the Connector: Liaise directly with international suppliers, shipping agents, and freight forwarders. You make things happen.
  • Control the Paperwork: Keep our logistics documents (delivery orders, packing lists, invoices) flawless.
  • Solve the Puzzle: Track shipments in real-time, tackle custom clearances, and solve challenges before they become problems.
  • Grow the Business: Work closely with our Operations Manager and bring your own ideas to help scale our start-up processes.

Who You Are

  • The Background: You hold a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
  • The Experience: You are a fresh graduate hungry for your first big break, or you have 1–2 years of logistics experience under your belt.
  • The Wordsmith: Your English is sharp – both written and spoken. You love communicating with people from all over the world.
  • The Tech-Savvy: You are fluent in Microsoft Office and pick up new digital systems in no time.
  • The Mindset: You have a positive attitude, an eye for detail, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
