Valor Organisation is a Singapore-based marketing company specialising in events marketing and face-to-face campaigns. We work with established clients to plan and execute effective marketing strategies, engage customers, and create meaningful brand experiences.

We are seeking motivated individuals who are interested in developing a career in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development.

This is an entry-level opportunity with structured training and guidance provided to candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, commitment, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns, roadshows, and events on behalf of our clients.
  • Engage directly with customers and represent client brands professionally.
  • Promote products and services while working towards individual and team objectives.
  • Support the implementation of marketing strategies and client campaigns.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Develop practical experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and business development.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as you progress.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
  • Sales, customer service, or events marketing experience is an advantage.
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is an advantage.
  • Singaporeans and Permanent Residents preferred.

Training and Development

No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training, coaching, and guidance will be provided to successful candidates.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in sales, marketing, communication, customer engagement, and leadership, with opportunities to take on greater responsibilities as you progress within the organisation.
