Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients, understanding their financial needs, and identifying suitable products and solutions.

This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy working with people, building long-term relationships, and working in a dynamic financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
  • Understand clients’ financial needs, objectives, and requirements.
  • Provide clients with relevant financial products, services, and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities.
  • Stay updated on relevant financial products, market developments, and industry trends.
  • Achieve individual and team business development targets.
  • Ensure all client interactions and activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in account management, relationship management, sales, banking, financial services, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in engaging and building relationships with clients.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
  • Candidates with relevant experience from other industries may also be considered.
