The posting

Join our global Account Management Team to drive growth by identifying customer needs and collaborating across functions to win projects and strengthen key customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop growth opportunities with existing customers to maximum business expansion.
  • Collaborate with business teams to create and implement strategies aligned with company goals for key customers and business categories.
  • Participate in RFI, RFP, and RFQ process by working closely with Business Unit and Business Development managers to secure new projects.
  • Be involved and support Business Unit managers during project development phase.
  • Provide pricing analysis and generate quotations for project bids.
  • Work with various functional departments to support customers operationally during the life cycle of the won projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Science, or Business-related fields
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in key account management, preferably from the electronics manufacturing services industry.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative without direct supervision
  • Proven experience in developing relationships with key decision makers and closing complex deals
  • Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Positive problem-solving attitude with resilience
  • Effective team player with leadership qualities
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
