Key Responsibilities:

  • Lesson Plan Creation: Design and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans that focus on developing key skills such as balancing, jumping, floor skills (e.g., rolls, cartwheels, handstands), climbing (including rock climbing), swinging, and traversing—all inspired by parkour, obstacle course racing, and rock climbing.
  • Lead engaging, safe, and fun training sessions for children ages 1.5 to 12, ensuring they progress in their ninja abilities while enjoying the learning process.
  • Kids Management (Private & Group Settings): Effectively manage and supervise children in both private and group settings. This includes maintaining discipline, engagement, and focus during individual coaching sessions as well as managing larger groups of children in a structured and positive manner. Create a balanced and supportive environment to help children stay motivated and achieve their goals.
  • Adapt coaching techniques and lesson plans to meet the developmental needs of various age groups, from toddlers (1.5 years old) to pre-teens (12 years old).
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment where children are encouraged to challenge themselves, build self-confidence, and achieve their personal best.
  • Provide constructive feedback on technique, safety, and skill development to each child while maintaining an exciting and motivating atmosphere.
  • Ensure the proper use of equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized training space.
  • Monitor safety during activities, particularly for climbing and other physically challenging exercises.
  • Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with the management team to develop and implement promotional and seasonal programs, events, and academy initiatives.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay up to date with the latest coaching methods, safety protocols, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or mentoring role (preferably in parkour, obstacle course racing, rock climbing, gymnastics, or related sports).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children of different ages and developmental levels.
  • Kids Management (Private & Group Settings): Ability to manage children effectively in both private and group settings, ensuring that each child is engaged and receives appropriate attention while maintaining discipline and safety.
  • Passion for working with children and a desire to help them grow, learn, and build self-confidence through physical activity.
  • Familiarity with rock climbing, parkour, obstacle course racing, or similar activities, or a strong willingness to learn and teach these skills.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Bonus Skills/Certifications:

  • Certifications in parkour, rock climbing, obstacle course racing, or gymnastics (e.g., Parkour Coaching Certification, Rock Climbing Instructor Certification, or similar certifications).
  • Additional certifications in child development, sports coaching, or physical education.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with rock climbing, parkour, obstacle course racing, or gymnastics.
  • Experience in creating age-appropriate lesson plans and curricula.
  • A keen interest in children's physical development, fitness, and well-being.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
