  • Analyse complex corporate ownership structures and identify ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) and controlling parties.
  • Review and assess supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with internal requirements.
  • Identify potential AML/CFT red flags and escalate unusual or higher-risk cases to Compliance management where appropriate.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers and Front Office teams to obtain outstanding information and resolve KYC/CDD deficiencies.
  • Support the management of KYC remediation exercises, periodic reviews and client due diligence refreshes.
  • Ensure KYC records and documentation are maintained accurately and updated within the Bank's systems.
  • Provide guidance to business stakeholders on KYC/CDD requirements and regulatory expectations.
  • Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections and compliance reviews when required.
  • Keep abreast of relevant MAS regulations, AML/CFT requirements and industry developments, and assist with the implementation of regulatory changes.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of KYC/CDD processes, controls and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Law, Risk Management or a related discipline.
  • 3–7 years of relevant KYC/CDD, AML or Compliance experience, preferably within a corporate or commercial banking environment.
  • Strong understanding of AML/CFT, KYC and CDD requirements applicable to corporate banking clients.
  • Familiarity with sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to assess risk and exercise sound judgement when reviewing client profiles.
  • Knowledge of MAS regulatory requirements and Singapore AML/CFT guidelines will be highly advantageous.
  • Relevant compliance certifications such as CAMS, ICA or IBF Compliance qualifications would be an advantage.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
