Duties& Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and smooth delivery of training programmes.
  • Prepare learning materials, assessments, training resources and classrooms.
  • Support learners, trainers and training operations before, during and after each class.
  • Ensure all training records and documents are complete, accurate and compliant.
  • Handle learner registration, enquiries, payments and general course administration.
  • Support the development and improvement of learning materials, assessments and work processes.
  • Support learning technologies, training equipment and digital platforms.
  • Maintain training resources, inventory and a clean, safe learning environment.
  • Support training activities at different venues when required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.

Requirements

  • Diploma, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training Administration, Operations or Customer Service is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and learning new technologies.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Understands the importance of compliance, confidentiality and data privacy.
  • Able to travel to different training venues when required.
