Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Level 1 End User Computing (EUC) Support professional to join our IT support team. The role will be responsible for providing first-line technical assistance to end users, supporting hardware and software setup, performing basic troubleshooting, and assisting with user account management.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • ITE or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 0–1 year of experience in IT support, desktop support, or a related field;
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply;
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems;
  • Basic understanding of PC hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications;
  • Basic knowledge of user account and access management;

Desired Skill-set

  • Familiarity with IT ticketing/helpdesk systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 / first-line technical support to end users through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, peripherals, and other IT equipment;
  • Assist with hardware setup, installation, configuration, and deployment of computers and peripherals;
  • Install and configure basic software applications and ensure systems are ready for end users;
  • Support common issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, network connectivity, and peripherals;
  • Create, update, and manage user accounts and access permissions in accordance with company procedures;
  • Assist with password resets, account unlocks, and basic access-related requests;
  • Log, track, update, and close incidents and service requests using the organization's IT service management/ticketing system;
  • Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to Level 2 or relevant specialist teams;
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, incidents, and user requests;
  • Follow established IT support procedures, security guidelines, and escalation processes;
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service to all users;
  • Assist with other IT support and EUC-related activities as required.
