The posting

Job Overview:

  • Administration and maintenance for the day to day operations of servers andnetworking system.
  • Organise, install and support computer systems including local area networks(LAN), wide area network (WAN), network segments, intranet and other datacommunication equipment in the Data centres and security access.
  • Supervise IT Support staff in order to provide all IT support to End Users.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide system administration of Warehouse management system, servers management on various platform.
  2. Knowledge of High Availability System.
  3. Review and improve system performance and capacity trends.
  4. Responsible for sizing and working out specification for system tech refresh, systems installation, setup and configuration.
  5. Develop procedures for all system monitoring and troubleshooting, Disaster recovery and system backup solutions.
  6. Support network (LAN & WAN) such as routers, network switches, firewall, WIFI controllers, Access points.
  7. Responsible for system management tools, cybersecurity policy, IT compliance& hardening and IT audit support.
  8. Handle new project management of system infrastructure projects.
  9. Provide support for operations.

Minimum requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1.5 years’ experience as IT Level 2 Support Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with AIX, Linux, RedHat, Window VMWare, vCenter, Veeam& et cetera.
  • Experience and knowledge in Virtualization.
  • Experience in Server hardware, IT Infrastructure and Network equipment.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and team player.
