Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, contractual and regulatory matters.
  • Draft, review and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements, contracts and other legal documents.
  • Advise clients on legal, regulatory, contractual and corporate matters.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and provide practical and commercially sound legal advice.
  • Identify, assess and manage legal and regulatory risks across the business.
  • Assist with corporate compliance policies, internal procedures and legal documentation.
  • Provide legal guidance on operational, compliance and regulatory matters across multiple markets.
  • Work closely with management, internal stakeholders and external advisers on various legal matters.

Requirements:

  • LL.B. or equivalent qualification or higher, qualified as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore, with an active Practicing Certificate.
  • Minimum 1 year PQE, with relevant experience in corporate and commercial law.
  • Strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements.
  • Good understanding of Singapore corporate, commercial and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, legal research and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple matters effectively.
  • Commercially minded, detail-oriented and able to provide practical legal solutions.
