We are looking for an experienced Lead Associate to lead client portfolios, mentor high-performing teams, and drive exceptional client outcomes. What You'll Do

Client & Account Leadership

  • Lead multiple client accounts across lifestyle, luxury, and consumer brands.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and strategic communication plans.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Manage risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Oversee account profitability and portfolio performance.

Team Leadership & People Development

  • Lead, coach, and mentor Account Executives and Account Managers.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Support team members' professional growth through coaching and regular feedback.
  • Ensure clear delegation, accountability, and quality of work across all accounts.

Strategic Communications

  • Develop and execute integrated PR, media relations, influencer, and communications strategies.
  • Guide teams in producing compelling content and campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with media, influencers, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Maintain excellent standards in communication and project execution.

Business Development

  • Support new business pitches and client presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand client relationships.
  • Contribute ideas that strengthen the agency's services and capabilities.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a PR, communications, marketing, media, or integrated agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing client accounts and leading teams.
  • Strong understanding of lifestyle, luxury, consumer, or hospitality brands.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and profitability.
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive leader who enjoys mentoring and developing people.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment.
