What you'll do

  • Own product engineering end-to-end, hands-on — from architecture and backend to frontend and infrastructure.
  • Choose the technology stack and make pragmatic build-vs-buy decisions, keeping things simple while leaving room to scale.
  • Build the APIs and backend services that connect our LLM problem-formulation layer, algorithmic solvers, and knowledge library.
  • Build the interfaces where users review and verify the platform’s reasoning — a core part of our product.
  • Own cloud infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, and uptime, while ensuring enterprise data remains secure.
  • Establish engineering standards across testing, code review, CI/CD, and development practices that future hires can build upon.
  • Work closely with the founders and AI Research Scientists to shape the roadmap and turn research into production-ready features.

What we look for

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience taking a product from early stage to production, ideally as an early or sole engineer.
  • A proven track record of building, deploying, and maintaining production systems end to end.
  • Pragmatic judgment about when to ship simply and when to build properly.
  • Comfort making technical decisions independently.
  • Ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical founders and researchers.
