  • Help monitor and support compliance with local and international laws and regulations (including customs, trade, transport and data privacy) as well as internal policies, and assist in implementing practical mitigation measures and internal guidelines.
  • Prepare materials and, where appropriate, attend internal management or board‑related meetings to provide legal input under the guidance of the Chief of Staff, Head of Legal or senior counsel.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business and prepare concise updates or guidance notes for stakeholders.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties / projects which may be required from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of post‑qualification experience, in private practice and/or in‑house, with solid exposure to commercial contracts; experience in logistics, supply chain or related sectors will be an advantage.
  • Strong foundation in commercial and corporate legal work, with a pragmatic, business‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn the operational aspects of the business.
  • Good communication, drafting, negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across cultures and functions.
  • Ability to handle day‑to‑day matters independently at an appropriate level of complexity, while seeking guidance where needed, and to collaborate as part of a cross‑functional team.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
