Legal Counsel

A well-established commercial group with diversified business lines is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise on corporate and commercial arrangements
  • Work on international deals globally
  • Engage multiple stakeholders to enhance business decisions
  • Engage external counsels who assist on the deals pipelines

Requirements:

  • Law degree from a reputable university
  • Called to the Singapore bar
  • 4-8 PQE
  • Great communication skills and strong teamwork is essential for this role
