About the opportunity

An established organisation is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its legal team. The role focuses on litigation and prosecution, alongside corporate advisory work.

The role

Advise on investigations and prosecution strategy.

Conduct prosecutions and appear in court.

Provide practical legal advice on corporate matters.

Work with internal stakeholders on legal issues and their wider implications.

With strong performance, you may gain exposure to other advisory, legislative and litigation matters.

Requirements

Law degree and admission to the Singapore Bar.

At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.

Prosecution or defence experience, or a strong interest in developing prosecution and court advocacy skills.

Strong drafting, communication and analytical skills.

Able to manage matters independently and work well with others.
