The posting

We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents
  • Preparing letters to clients, banks, authorities and other lawyers
  • Filing and lodging documents with relevant authorities
  • Tracking key milestones and deadlines in a transaction
  • Preparing bills and tracking disbursements
  • Managing client accounts related to the transaction
  • Answering calls and handling requests
  • Scheduling meetings/appointments and preparing meeting materials
  • Maintaining the client contact list
  • Performing general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, binding and file management
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support, including expense claims and time recording

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 GCE 'O' level credits, or equivalent qualifications
  • Relevant secretarial experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised and pays attention to details
  • Good time management, takes initiative and works well independently and in a team
