The posting

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute fumigation operations in compliance with NEA regulations, company procedures and industry best practices.
  • Ensure fumigation treatments are carried out safely, effectively and within scheduled timeframes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of fumigation activities, treatment reports, permits and compliance documentation.
  • Conduct site assessments and provide technical guidance on fumigation requirements and safety measures.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor fumigation team members, ensuring work is performed to the highest safety and quality standards.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, regulatory authorities and stakeholders when required.
  • Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Valid NEA Fumigator License (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of practical fumigation experience preferred.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective leadership and team supervision skills.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Physically fit and willing to work in operational and industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of fumigation regulations, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
