Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for sales and client relations? MPLC is looking for a Licensing Executive to join our team and take charge of our outbound licensing operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a motivated seller, this role is for you!

MPLC is the legal way to show movies and TV in a public or commercial spaces across the globe. Our goal is to be the global number one trusted partner to studios and producers for public performance licensing. Our company is on a truly exciting journey across the globe. We’re investing in our teams, growing fast, making better use of technology; and we have bold plans for the future. As part of our growth in Singapore, we're looking to hire a Licensing Executive to work in our outbound calls team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Licensing Role: Calling clients to sell our licence.
  • Client Queries: Handle inquiries regarding rights, pricing, content availability, and more.
  • Education: Explaining to clients the importance of our licence for their business to be compliant as well as how it benefits studios.
  • Get Deals Done: Build relationships with clients and be persistent to get sales over the line.
  • CRM Management: Log and document relevant information and client communication in our CRM system.
  • Meet KPIs: Meet and exceed the targets set and earn commission.

Who You Are:

  • Excellent Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-Focused: You are dedicated to providing exceptional service and building solid relationships.
  • Organised: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep detailed records.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
  • Persistent: You follow up regularly with clients to ensure that sales go through.
  • Resilient: You aren’t phased by a ‘no’ or a negative interaction, you bounce back straight away.
  • Achiever: You embody a positive and optimistic mindset while remaining fully committed to accomplishing company goals. Resourceful and solution-oriented, you approach challenges with a 'Can Do' attitude, always finding ways to get things done.
