Looking for greater flexibility in your work schedule? Join our team as a Locum Occupational Therapist (OT) or Locum Physiotherapist (PT) and provide quality rehabilitation services across various healthcare settings while enjoying flexible weekday assignments.

Working Arrangement

📅 3 to 5 Days Per Week (Monday to Friday)

⏰ Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

📍 Multiple Healthcare Settings Across Singapore

💼 Locum / Flexible Assignment

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate functional, physical, and rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on patients' goals and clinical conditions.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and independence.
  • Manage assigned caseloads efficiently while ensuring timely treatment and documentation.
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on therapy programmes, home exercises, and safety techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimise patient outcomes.
  • Prepare discharge recommendations and coordinate continuity of care where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, workplace safety, and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
  • Valid AHPC Registration to practise in Singapore.
  • Experience in hospital, rehabilitation, community care, outpatient, or home care settings is preferred.
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and adapt quickly to different healthcare environments.
  • Comfortable managing diverse patient caseloads with minimal supervision.
