The posting

Duration: 3 months Salary: $18/ hr

Working Hours:

  • • Weekdays: 8.00am–2.00pm
  • • 18–30 hours/week on weekdays
  • • Rotational weekends & Public Holidays: 8.00am–11.00am
  • • Deployment and working hours may vary based on operational needs

Job Scope:

  • • Engage patients and caregivers through counselling and outreach
  • • Explain programme requirements and care processes clearly
  • • Verify patient contact and residential information
  • • Address patient and caregiver concerns and facilitate programme admission
  • • Escalate complex cases or concerns to the clinical team when required
  • • Work closely with intake colleagues to ensure a smooth transition into the service
  • • Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and outcomes
  • • Support process improvements and other ad hoc duties

Job Requirements:

  • • Min. Diploma in any healthcare/ any relevant field
  • • Able to commit to weekday shifts and rotational weekends/Public Holidays
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Empathetic and patient-centered approach
  • • Comfortable interacting with patients and caregivers in a healthcare setting
  • • Healthcare, patient service or customer service experience is advantageous
