Join a specialist fertility and women’s health clinic as a Locum Staff Nurse or Clinic Assistant. This is a good opportunity for healthcare professionals with fertility, O&G or specialist clinic experience who are looking for a potential longer-term conversion opportunity.

Job Description

For Staff Nurse:

  • Provide nursing care and support to patients attending fertility and women’s health services.
  • Assist doctors during consultations, procedures and clinical assessments.
  • Perform nursing procedures within the appropriate scope of practice.
  • Support fertility-related treatments and clinical workflows.
  • Monitor patients and escalate any concerns appropriately.
  • Provide clear instructions and support to patients throughout their care journey.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
  • Ensure infection prevention and clinical safety standards are followed.

For Clinic Assistant:

  • Support daily clinic operations and patient registration.
  • Assist with patient preparation and basic clinical procedures within scope.
  • Support doctors and nurses during consultations and procedures.
  • Manage patient records, appointments and administrative documentation.
  • Prepare consultation and treatment rooms.
  • Ensure clinical areas are clean, organised and adequately stocked.
  • Provide a positive and professional patient experience.
  • Support smooth workflow within the specialist clinic.

Who Should Apply

  • Healthcare professionals with fertility, O&G, women’s health or specialist clinic experience.
  • Staff Nurses interested in fertility nursing or Clinic Assistants with relevant clinical exposure.
  • Candidates who are comfortable working in a patient-facing specialist clinic environment and are open to a potential longer-term opportunity.

Requirements

Staff Nurse:

  • Valid Singapore Nursing Board registration.
  • Relevant clinical nursing experience, preferably in fertility, O&G or women's health.
  • Good communication and patient-care skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Clinic Assistant:

  • Relevant healthcare or clinic experience preferred.
  • Experience in fertility, O&G, women's health or specialist clinics will be advantageous.
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable handling patients and supporting day-to-day clinic operations.
