Job Summary

Assist in daily logistics and warehouse operations by coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, liaising with stakeholders, maintaining records, and supporting loading/unloading to ensure smooth supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Track and monitor inventory levels and stock movement to maintain optimal stock accuracy
  • Liaise with customers, transporters, and internal departments such as Customer Service, Quality Control, and Production to facilitate communication and resolve issues
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to maintain product quality and safety
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the system to support operational transparency
  • Support loading and unloading of goods to assist warehouse operations when required
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet operational goals
  • Manage physical tasks including lifting and moving goods safely to support warehouse activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level, ITE, or equivalent educational qualification
  • Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain environments
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to facilitate effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented work approach
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed to support business demands
  • Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks safely
