Customer Service Executive Salary: $2600 - $3200 Working Days: Mon – Fri | 9am – 6pm Working Location: Changi

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the customer service department
  • To handle all customers rating for both air and sea freight
  • To liaise with air and sea carriers & customers
  • To handle all sea freight documentation such as bookings & billing

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
  • With relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
