• Delivery Tracking & Exception Handling: monitor shipment status, identify delays, documentation gaps, customs issues, warehouse bottlenecks, or transport risks, and escalate deviations through defined escalation paths.

• Local Logistics Execution: support local logistics requirements, warehouse & forwarders interfaces and operational logistics processes according to defined standards and local requirements.

• Audit, Claims & Inventory Accuracy Support: support internal, external, audits (e.g. finance, SOX, compliance) by providing logistics documentation, transaction evidence, and follow-up actions; coordinate cargo damage cases with forwarders, including gap analysis, corrective actions, and insurance claim filing; and support physical inventory accuracy through cycle counts and yearly cycle count audits.

• Data Collection & Reporting: maintain logistics data, shipment status, and operational reports, and provide transparency on transport lead times, delivery reliability, open issues, and logistics performance.

• Cross-functional Coordination: align logistics execution topics within Supply Operations (Order Execution Management / S&OE, Operational Buying), Finance, Tax, Trade Compliance, Quality, and external logistics partners.

• Stakeholder Management: Resolve operational procurement escalations & coordinate corrective actions with internal or external stake holders (forwarders)

• Process Discipline & Operational Improvement: follow defined logistics processes, support standard ways of working, identify recurring operational issues, and contribute to improvements in data quality, documentation accuracy, and execution reliability

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
